Terms of service

Keldley is a trading name of Intellingo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a stock or pricing error, or because we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. Applicable sales tax, where we are required to collect it, is shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at that price and will contact you before doing anything.

Using the product safely

This product is used to sharpen knives, and a sharpened knife is dangerous. Read the included guide before first use. Keep the product and your knives away from children. Do not use it on serrated blades, and do not attempt to repair a chipped or badly damaged edge with it. You are responsible for handling your own knives safely.

Returns

Our returns and refunds are set out in the Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from careless handling of a sharpened blade.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes or reduces any consumer rights you have under the law of the country in which you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
