About Keldley

Keldley exists because of a drawer.
Almost every kitchen has one: the drawer where good knives go once they stop cutting. They weren't cheap. They weren't badly made. They just went dull, and every way of fixing that seemed to need either a skill nobody taught us or a gadget that chews the blade. So the knives sat there, and a new one got bought, and eventually it joined them.
We didn't think that was a knife problem. We thought it was an angle problem. Once you fix the angle, sharpening stops being a craft and becomes a minute of rolling. That's the whole company. One product, built around one idea: the angle is the skill, so let the block hold the angle.
What we believe about selling things
We're small, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. It shapes how we operate:
- One product, on purpose. We would rather do one thing properly than fill a catalogue.
- Straight answers. A real person reads support@keldley.com and replies within one business day, Monday to Friday.
- A guarantee with no small print energy. Sharpen your worst knife. If it doesn't come back sharp, tell us within 30 days. We refund you in full and you keep the sharpener. Posting it back would cost more than it's worth, and your evening matters more.
- Honesty about what it won't do. It won't sharpen serrated blades and it won't repair a chipped edge. We'd rather say so here than in a refund email.
Where we are
Keldley is a trading name of Intellingo Ltd, a small company registered in England. Our sharpeners ship free from our warehouse in the United States.
If one of our sharpeners ends up in your kitchen, we'd genuinely like to hear how it went.
