Shipping policy

Free shipping across the United States

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge added at checkout — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We are not taking international orders at this time.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are dispatched from our United States warehouse. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or the carrier has marked your parcel delivered and it isn't there, email support@keldley.com. We'll chase the carrier on your behalf. If it can't be found, we'll replace it or refund you under our returns policy.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch.
